Our role

Farholm LLC is an independent travel agency. We arrange travel — cruises, flights, hotel and resort stays, and related services — with third-party suppliers on your behalf. We do not own or operate those services and are not liable for a supplier’s acts, omissions, or defaults; your rights in those cases are governed by the supplier’s own terms.

Using this site

Site content is for general information and can change without notice; it is not an offer or a guarantee. Always verify passport, visa, and entry requirements with official sources. Browsing the site or sending an inquiry does not create a booking — any travel we arrange for you is governed by a separate Client Booking Agreement.

Where we serve

We currently arrange travel for residents of 46 U.S. states. We do not offer or sell travel services to residents of California, Florida, Hawaii, or Washington.

Fees, payment & insurance

Our services are usually free to you — we are typically paid a commission by suppliers — and any service fee is disclosed before you commit. Supplier terms govern payment, cancellations, and refunds. We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, and disputes are handled in the state and federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
